Резюме

This scientific study is dedicated to the meaning of the Convention on International Trade with Endangered Species in Wild Fauna and Flora for the protection of the protected natural areas. The attention to the legal measures, regulated by this convention, which cause impact on the protection of the biological diversity, including in the scope of the protected natural areas. Finally, some general conclusions and recommendations are given related to the examined international law regulation.
