The subject of this discussion is the specific activity of making changes in the basic law of the country, as regulated in the two "socialist" constitutions of Bulgaria of 1947 and 1971. The purpose report is to make a brief comparative analysis of the technology for constitutional changes provided for in the Constitution of the People's Republic of Bulgaria of 1947 and the Constitution of the People's Republic of Bulgaria of 1971.
