Резюме

The article examines the achievements of the most recent civil codes, those of the beginning of the twenty-first century, in the regulation of stipulation in favour of a third party, by virtue of which a third party (beneficiary) acquires a right or benefit from the agreement of the promisee and the promisor in Slovenia, Brazil, Estonia, the Draft Common Framework of Reference, Romania, Hungary, France (the reform of the General part of the Law of Obligations in 2016) and the most recent Civil and Commercial Code of Argentina.
