Резюме

This article examines the applicability of the Court of Justice of the European Union’s judgment of 27 February 2025 in Case C-203/22 within the context of Bulgarian legislation. It analyses the legal nature of the contested proceedings before the national supervisory authority and draws conclusions regarding the possibility for the administrative body to restrict access to information contained in the case file. The study further considers the relevant provisions governing the limitation of information in both administrative and judicial proceedings.
