Abstract

Assoc. Prof. Ivan Tsvetanov, Ph.D: “About freedom to conduct a business under article 19, par. 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria”.
The article examines and explaining the conception “freedom to conduct a business”. It is examining and analyses in two possible aspects: at one side as constitutional principle for develop the economy of the country and for the other side as a subjective law. It is analysing the basic characteristics of the freedom to conduct a business as a principle and as a subjective law as well as the possible principle exceptions and the limitation of the law.
