Abstract
Basic aim of this study is analysis of the environmental law aspects of the introduction of species of wild flora and fauna under secondary law of the European Union and its influence on the state of the national protected territories. Where for the analysis applies the comparative law and formal-logical methods of scientific research. The result of study is related to formulation of general conclusions from considered regulation and recommendation for its improvement.
