Abstract

The report analysis examines the good faith in the using of copyright objects in cases where such use is not lawful. It has considered the Good Faith in general has been considered, highlighting its importance in different branches of law and especially, in in the intellectual property. We have given some examples of from the practice have been given in the aim to demonstrates how the character of liability for copyright infringement. Some law-making trends in Bulgaria, the European Union and in other countries have been analyzed in the legal rule’s making in Republic of Bulgaria, in the European Union and in other countries. One of the main points examined in the report of the study is discusses whether the protection of copyright holders does not unjustly infringe the rights of good faith users, especially when the latter are consumers. The Finally, we compare the copyrights of the owner rights of some legal figures such as the copyright owner, have been compared with and the rights of the good faith copyright users.
